About IPCP Global
IPCP Global provides professional online training in counselling and psychotherapy. Courses are delivered 100% online, so you can study at your own pace, from anywhere in the world.
Enrolment
To enrol on a course, choose the course and follow the enrolment steps on the course page. You will need a student account to access your courses, through the Student Portal. Please provide accurate details when you enrol, keep your login details private, and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Course access
After enrolment, and payment where a course is paid, you can access your course materials through your student account. Course content may be updated from time to time to keep it current and professionally relevant. We work to keep the website and learning platform available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
Fees and payment
Course fees are shown on each course page. Our introductory course, Introduction to Counselling, is free to enrol on. Paid courses are paid at checkout using PayPal or Stripe. Where a course page offers payment in instalments, each instalment is a payment toward the same course fee. Refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.
Student conduct
Students are expected to study honestly, submit their own work for lessons and assignments, and behave respectfully toward staff and other students. You must not misuse the website or learning platform, share your login details with others, or attempt to disrupt the service. Where conduct breaches these terms, we may suspend or end access to a course.
